Inventio Group is seeking a motivated IT Support & Junior Developer to become a vital part of our growing technology team. In this dual role, you will provide technical support and contribute to development projects, helping us leverage technology for improved business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of internal software applications.
• Support the implementation and integration of software solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Collaborate with senior developers in coding, testing, and debugging applications.
• Document technical processes, support issues, and software functionalities for reference and training.
• Stay updated with current technologies, trends, and best practices in IT support and software development.

Requirements:
Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL,Java, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Azure AD, and cloud-native environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
