Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for providing top-tier IT support? We're looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll handle 1st and 2nd level support, manage system administration for Windows and Linux environments, and play a key role in setting up and maintaining hardware, virtualization, and mail systems.

Tasks

• 1st and 2nd level user support.

• Setting up hardware involves several steps, depending on the type of hardware you're working with.

• Administer Windows Client and Server Systems: manage user accounts, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Utilize Linux Servers and Console: perform administrative tasks on Linux servers and manage and monitor virtualization environments.

• Monitor Systems and Manage MDM/Mail Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Relevant certification is an advantage.

• Familiar with working in IT and our working tasks as well, at least for 5 years.

• Ability of onsite hardware support, especially cabling and moving hardware.

• If you are interested in IT as a hobby as well then it will be perfect.

• Very service-oriented.

• Languages: fluent English at least B2
