Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to assist in maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network connectivity, and supporting the integration and operation of various systems and devices. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements:
• Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity and basic network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and required applications.
• Perform system troubleshooting and technical diagnostics for users and internal systems.
• Support the integration and connectivity of various IT systems and devices.
• Assist in maintaining system security, updates, and backups.
• Maintain IT documentation, system logs, and troubleshooting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper operation of IT systems and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
• Practical experience with network troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic network configurations.
• Experience working with system connectivity and device integration is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
