Ngā kōrero mō tēnei tūranga / About the role
As part of our internal IT support services team (NZiT) you will be a representative and champion for all technology and applications, providing support and advice to the wider business and staff. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Being the first point of contact either onsite or by phone, ticketing system or email re staff IT issues
• Troubleshooting and helping staff get ahead with best practices, and productivity tips
• Providing training on existing and new hardware and applications
• Supporting and delivering technology tasks
• Managing documentation and continuous improvement of knowledge base for NZiT staff as well as customers
• After hours support on a rostered basis

As a frontline and onsite contact in our PwC Wellington office, we are seeking an individual who can bring their passion for technology along with their exceptional customer service skills, to provide a great experience to our staff. You will be working alongside a senior team member who is an expert in their field so you will be provided with the support and training to be a tech savvy go-to within the firm.
Ideal applicants will have:
• IT degree or related IT qualifications
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
• Strong problem solving and listening skills
• Ability to quickly build strong working relationships
• Strong analytic skills for Application Support
