Salary: $100,000 – $134,000

The Snohomish County Public Defender Association (SCPDA) is seeking an IT Supervisor to lead technology operations for a nonprofit law office dedicated to defending people facing loss of liberty under criminal and civil laws.
Our attorneys, investigators, social workers, and professional staff work every day to ensure that individuals who cannot afford counsel receive high-quality legal representation. At SCPDA, we believe everyone in the office contributes to that mission — we are all defenders.
The IT Supervisor ensures that the technology infrastructure supporting that work is secure, reliable, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise IT staff and oversee day-to-day technology operations
Maintain network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security systems
Manage vendor relationships and technology service providers
Support legal technology platforms, case management systems, and document systems
Ensure data security and system reliability
Provide troubleshooting and technology support to staff
Assist leadership with technology planning and system improvements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Four years of information technology experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead experience
Experience supporting organizational networks, systems, and security
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
(Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered)
