Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on end-user support for hardware, software, and digital workplace tools.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Teams as core collaboration platforms.
• Monitor and analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and promote best practices.
• Support users across the EUE-EUNE area as part of the Area Business IT Team
• Participate in local and area-level IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Area business IT and EMEA infrastructure Teams to roll out updates, migrations, and technical projects
• Maintain site-specific IT documentation including asset inventories and technical diagrams
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, group policies, and security standards.
• Manage IT assets and costs efficiently, support budgeting
• Stakeholder management: regular contact with local GM and Area Business IT Manager
• Coordinate external IT suppliers, vendors and support partners.
Requirements
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 expertise (mandatory), Microsoft Teams proficiency.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
Preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exposure to ERP systems or Salesforce.
• Work experience with ITSM systems (ServiceNOW, etc.)
