What you'll do:

• Hands-on IT Management: Lead the full lifecycle of IT equipment and office hardware—from procurement and provisioning to troubleshooting and maintenance.

• System Integrations: Build and maintain seamless connections between our internal tools using Webhooks and APIs.

• SaaS Administration: Manage and optimize our cloud-based platforms, with a focus on Google Workspace and productivity tools.

• Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor IT security protocols to ensure our environment remains secure and trustworthy.

• Onsite Support: Provide high-level technical support for our team, ensuring every workstation and system is performing at its peak.

What we're looking for:

• Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in IT roles, preferably within a fast-paced startup or tech company.

• Apple Expert: Deep, hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting macOS and Apple hardware—this is a must.

• Integration Savvy: Strong technical ability to perform integrations between systems (Webhooks, API) to automate workflows.

• Cloud-Native Mindset: Experience working in cloud-only environments (no legacy on-prem networking needed).

• Self-Starter: A "get things done" attitude with the ability to manage physical equipment alongside complex digital systems.

Nice to Have:

• Significant experience in IT Security (Infosec) frameworks.

• Solid background with Google Workspace administration.

• Coding/scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) or a technical background in development.

Nice to Know:

• Our offices are located in the center of Tel Aviv.

• We work 5 days onsite to maintain our high-collaboration culture.
