Job Description

Accion Labs is a global technology services firm with offering a full range of product life-cycle services in the emerging technology segment. This includes Web 2.0, Open Source, SaaS/Cloud, Mobility, IT Operations Management/ITSM, Big Data and traditional BI/DW.

Through nine global offices and a rapid-response delivery model, Accion offers a range of engagement models such as turn-key projects, extended-teams, shared-IP development, offshore-leveraged engagements and professional staffing (contract, contract-to-hire & direct perm).

Role: IT Specialist

Responsibilities

· 1st through to 3rd line IT, networking and infrastructure support and development

· Develop innovative IT infrastructure solutions affecting global teams

· Manage IT resources such as IP PABX, Linux web servers, application servers, printers, etc.

· Develop and implement IT best practices across global company structure

· Develop and maintain cloud services for database storage, email and Microsoft Office 365.

· Monitoring and performing server maintenance

· Implement and enhance IT security system, firewall, antivirus and remote access

· Implement backup plans and backup server switch

· Networking skills: AD, DHCP, LAN, WAN, Hyper-V, VLAN, IP PABX, Servers, POE Switches.
