YOUR TASKS:
System Integration:

Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems supporting business operations.
Maintenance & Support.

Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through continuous maintenance
and support.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational
continuity.

Monitoring:

Proactively monitor system performance, availability, and security, and implement
improvements when necessary.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows,
and technical procedures.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support integrated, cohesive system
environments.
Compliance:

Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including KRITIS and DORA
requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

Education:

Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent technical
background.

Experience:

At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service
Operation Center environment.

Technical Skills:

Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
Cloud: AWS, Azure
Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies

Certifications (preferred):

CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Or comparable certifications

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
Willingness and ability to work in 24/7 shift schedules.
Required Languages:

German: B2
English: B1/B2
