Ihre Aufgaben:
• Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im Servicedesk

• Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen

• Priorisierung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Tickets

• Zusammenarbeit mit nachgelagerten IT-Fachbereichen

• Sicherstellung definierter Service-Level und IT-Standards

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im IT-Servicedesk oder technischen Support von Vorteil

• Grundkenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Hardware und Standardsoftware

• Ausgeprägte Service- und Kommunikationskompetenz

• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
