Deine Aufgaben:
• Bearbeitung von IT Tickets im 1st und 2nd Level Support
• Unterstützung der Anwender bei technischen Problemen
• Troubleshooting im Microsoft Umfeld
• Benutzerverwaltung in Active Directory und Microsoft 365
• Einrichtung und Betreuung von Clients, Notebooks und mobilen Geräten
• Unterstützung bei VPN, WLAN und MFA Themen
• Mitarbeit bei Rollouts und kleineren IT Projekten
• Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen

Dein Profil:
• Ausbildung im IT Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im IT Support und mit Ticketsystemen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365 und Active Directory
• Grundverständnis für Netzwerk und IT Security
• Serviceorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
