Do what you do best::
• KEEPING END POINTS RUNNING You monitor and maintain our user end points and the associated systems, performing upgrades, installations, and configurations as needed.
• ENSURING SECURITY You help ensure compliance with security protocols, create user accounts, and control access rights.
• SOLVING PROBLEMS You will accept user requests from around the world and troubleshoot hardware and software problems at the 1st and 2nd levels in accordance with ITIL v4 processes and their documentation requirements.
• STRENGTHENING THE USER EXPERIENCE You will work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the user experience and provide training as needed.
• EXPAND YOUR KNOWLEDGE You stay up to date on best practices and technical developments in IT service desk
• HAVE FUN You find your place in our colorful and collegial environment

What we appreciate about you::
• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• At least five years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of IT systems, end user experience, networks, and security
• Structural and analytical skills
• Flexibility and resilience
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and ability to work in a team
• On-call duty
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German and English)
