The Role

As our IT Service Delivery Lead for Europe, you'll be at the forefront of our technology operations, working closely with the Chief Information Officer and the Global IT team. This is a unique opportunity to shape IT service delivery across multiple European markets while collaborating on global technology initiatives.

This role is based in our European hub in Arnhem, Netherlands, and reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT service delivery for SomnoMed's European operations across multiple markets including the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and the UK

Partner with the Global IT team to deliver standardized and effective solutions, particularly for core platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, SomAccount)

Represent Global IT in European Leadership Meetings and serve as the technology voice for the region

Manage the European IT budget (both Capex and Opex) ensuring optimal resource allocation

Provide escalation support and serve as the primary interface between European customers and the Global IT Helpdesk

Develop and deliver training programs for IT systems, including Microsoft Office 365 and 8x8 phone systems

Lead regional system implementations, upgrades, and modifications

Ensure IT compliance with all European regulations and implement global governance policies

What We're Looking For

Degree or industry-standard qualifications in IT or related field

3+ years of experience in IT operations within a multi-site organization

Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, coordinating and coaching team members

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Experience with Excel as a data manipulation tool (highly desirable)

Experience with Salesforce (highly desirable)

Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools like Power BI (desirable)

Experience working in a global team environment (desirable)
