IT Security Operations Senior Consultant/ Manager - 2-Year Engagement

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 5+ years.
Project Duration: 2 years.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking an IT Security Operations Senior Consultant / Manager to support and lead security operations activities over a 2-year engagement. The role focuses on hands-on operation, enhancement, and oversight of core cybersecurity controls across network security, identity, endpoint, data protection, and application security domains. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth across multiple security technologies and experience operating security controls in enterprise environments.

Key Requirements

•
5+ years of experience.

•
Hands-on operational experience in Firewall and Network Segmentation, particularly with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.

•
Experience in patch and vulnerability management processes and tools.

•
Proven experience implementing and operating Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

•
Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.

•
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).

•
Knowledge of Web Application Security, including HTTPS and TLS implementation.

•
Experience with Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) solutions, specifically Symantec DLP.

•
Hands-on experience with data masking technologies for SQL and Oracle databases.

Other Qualifications

•
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

•
Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple technical and business stakeholders.

•
Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

•
Operate, maintain, and enhance network security controls, including Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls and network segmentation policies.

•
Manage patching and vulnerability remediation activities, ensuring timely risk reduction across systems and applications.

•
Implement and operate PAM solutions, managing privileged accounts, access approvals, and session monitoring.

•
Administer and support MDM platforms to secure corporate mobile devices and enforce security policies.

•
Operate IAM processes, including access provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews.

•
Ensure secure web application configurations, including HTTPS enforcement and TLS certificate management.

•
Manage and tune DLP controls, particularly Symantec DLP, to prevent data leakage and monitor sensitive data usage.

•
Implement and maintain data masking controls on SQL and Oracle databases.

•
Monitor security operations performance and support incident investigation and remediation efforts.

•
Produce operational documentation, reports, and metrics to support management visibility and compliance requirements.
