We are looking for an IT Security Operations Analyst, as part of the IT Security Team. Your primary focus will be to support IT Security operations, including monitoring of internal networks/systems and V-OS cloud, and compliance checks.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role will report to the company IT Manager.
Perform active daily monitoring of internal threats based on network and application-level logs.
Perform regular security assessments of internal resources with the use of penetration testing tools.
Triage, and if necessary, escalate issues requiring further attention to the IT Security committee.
Requirements
Strong English language ability. Candidates are expected to be able to create argumentative and research works in good English.
Fresh graduates of a computer science or information technology background are welcome to apply.
Working knowledge of common operating systems such as Linux and Windows (11 and Server 2016 or later) is preferred.
Working knowledge of network technologies such as the TCP/IP stack, common protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS, SMB, LDAP/LDAPS and Kerberos is preferred.
Familiarity with other relevant IT Security concepts is welcome.
