Santander Consumer Finance Global Services provides technological solutions and process services to the Santander Group's Consumer Finance business covering the end-to-end of technology, from architecture design, infrastructure management, development and integration of own and third-party maintenance applications and technological support and project management. In addition, we provide business consulting services, methodology and functional support.

Santander Consumer Global Services is looking for a IT Security Engineer  based out Boadilla del Monte Office, Madrid.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Provide support to IT and Devops teams on Cyber requirements
• Align cyber strategy and requirements with business needs
• Oversight compliance on Cyber IT indicators
• Assessing risks in IT projects and infrastructure
• Understand and manage security vulnerabilities (SAST/SCA/DAST)
• Interlocution with Global Cyber teams for the alignment of local requirements to Cyber policies
• Assessments and creation/review of security actions plan

Professional Experience

• Experience in Oauth 2/SAML/OIDC. using the right grant types lilke authoirzation code, client credentilas, jwt bearer and token exchange flows. (Required)

• Experience working with cloud environments. (Required)

• Experience in Agile processes and CI/CD pipelines. (Required)

• Knowledge directory services systems (Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAPs…)

• Knowledge in access control implementation and monitoring.

• Advanced experience in Networking and servers O.S system (Required)

• Proficient understanding of APIs.

Education

• Master’s degrees and certifications in Cyber Security DevOps and Networking are valued.

Languages

• English.

Hard Skills

• Problem solving skills and understanding different architectures of the application either frontend or backend (Required)

• Able to work alone or in a team contributing to a collective target (Preferred)

• Managing your workload to deliver specific objectives with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude with a solid sense of initiative.

• Ambition and ability to progress into SME and leadership role (Preferred)

• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) & how to leverage their reporting capabilities (Preferred)
