MUST HAVE:

• CISSP, GIAC, or other security certifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• McAfee IPS experience
• 5+ years’ experience in computing and information security including:• Internet technology and security issues
• Security policy development
• Security education
• Network penetration testing
• Application vulnerability assessments
• Risk analysis
• Compliance testing

• Knowledge of information security standards, rules, and regulations related to Information security and data confidentiality
• Knowledge of the following for risk identification and analysis:• Desktop
• Server
• Application
• Database
• Network security principles

• Excellent communication
• Valid driver’s license

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in higher education
