As an Solution Manager Controlling , you have the role of ensuring the proper implantation of business process around the taxes in our back office systems and our trading tools. 

In this role, you ensure your solution evolves including enhancements requests management and prioritization together with the business. From a support standpoint you ensure support at level 1 and 2 are properly handled and you deliver the level 3 support (enhancement and new country customization). You own overall incident management for your solution. You are engaged in any implementation that touches your solution and manage if any dependency with other solutions. You need to stay in touch externally with the development of the solution and if any modification has to be envisioned within LDC and you also act as an internal consultant.  

In this position, you will have three main roles covering a large scope of responsibilities: 

 

You are the gatekeeper of the controlling solution and its interaction with finance and trading software ecosystem: 

• You ensure the documentation of the solution is up to date. 

• You are participate in maintenance and enhancement of IT processes.

• You support the application by solving incident and participating in problem  resolution. 

 

You belong to our highest expertise team which suppose to:  

• Make proposals and provide information in order to support decision making concerning the solution and enhancement. 

• Understand the business need and translate into a documentation and solutions. 

• Manage business relationship to ensure smooth communication. 

• Elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents.

IT Skills 

• [Must] experienced in IT best practices.  

• [Must] experienced in SAP CO especially.  

• [Plus] experienced with interface implementation. 

• [Plus] Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow. 

Experience 

• [Must] Experience in IT project. 

• [Must] Experience in financial controlling. 

• [Must] Experience with SAP. 

• [Plus] International multi-cultural environment. 

• [Plus] Experience working in a large IT company, team-oriented & collaborative environment. 

• Fluent in English.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
