About the role
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle IT recruitment (from intake to onboarding)
Hiring Middle / Senior / Lead-level specialists
International sourcing (EU, US, LATAM, Asia)
Active headhunting (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.)
Conducting interviews and soft skills assessment
Close partnership with hiring managers
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline
Recruitment analytics and reporting
International HR Administration:
Maintaining records of employees contracted via an international legal entity
Drafting and managing employment and contractor agreements
Coordinating international contract signing processes
Monitoring contract terms and renewals
Collaborating with Legal and Finance departments
Supporting employees regarding contract updates and documentation
Updating HR documentation and internal policies
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Full professional proficiency in Russian
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
Proven experience with international hiring
Experience managing B2B / contractor / international agreements
Understanding of employment vs contractor models
Experience with ATS and HR systems
Strong organizational skills
High attention to legal and documentation details
Based in Argentina.
