Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software development, distributed professional teams, software quality assessments, and all-things-digital solutions, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Junior+ Recruiter to join our growing global team.
In this role, you will be involved in the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical (IT) and non-technical positions — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles
• Post job openings and actively source candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and screenings
• Coordinate with hiring managers and provide candidate recommendations
• Manage interview stages, feedback, and offer processes
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and tools
Requirements:
• 6+ months of experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or internship)
• Interest in recruiting for a variety of roles (technical and non-technical)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English level: Intermediate or higher (both spoken and written)
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow
• Willingness to take full ownership of the recruitment cycle
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Djinni or other sourcing tools
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems
• Prior work with Junior to Mid-level positions
