Job Title: IT Recruiter – Onsite Implant (Hybrid)

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (Work from Client Location 2–3 Days/Week)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and passionate IT Recruiter to work as an onsite implant at one of our esteemed client locations. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the go-to recruitment expert embedded within the client’s environment, supporting their tech hiring needs from the inside. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, loves interacting with stakeholders, and can find a backend developer faster than someone can say “Java,” we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an Onsite Recruitment Partner: Work closely with the client’s internal HR and tech teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

• Talent Sourcing: Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels to find and engage top IT talent.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on role requirements, timelines, and candidate quality.

• Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience to candidates through clear communication and timely follow-ups.

• Reporting & Metrics: Maintain and share regular updates, dashboards, and reports on recruitment progress with both internal and client teams.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).

• Proven experience sourcing for roles in software development, infrastructure, data, and other IT verticals.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working onsite at client offices 2–3 days a week (hybrid model).

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
