We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a proven track record in product-based hiring. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and delivering high-quality talent across product and enterprise sales functions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

• Hire for product-based roles across technical and business functions

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking

• Screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements

• Handle recruitment for product and enterprise sales roles

• Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Track hiring metrics and meet recruitment targets & timelines Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment

• Experience hiring for product-based companies (must-have)

• Strong understanding of product & enterprise sales hiring

• Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates

• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmen
