IT Recruiter - Fresher

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates for various IT positions, conducting initial screenings, and assisting with interviews.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates for IT roles using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Take part in employer branding initiatives and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
• Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with senior recruiters to learn and develop skills in recruitment strategies and techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with candidates and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.
