As an IT Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and understand their specific staffing needs. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, such as social media platforms, job boards, and networking events. Additionally, you will conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. You will also provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select qualified IT professionals to meet clients' staffing needs
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring requirements and provide support throughout the hiring process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to ensure a competitive advantage in talent acquisition
• Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals in various industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software and other relevant recruitment tools and platforms.
