Deine Aufgaben:
• Projektverantwortung von A bis Z: Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, vom Kickoff bis zum Go-Live
• Qualitäts- und Budgetmanagement: Sicherstellung von Projekterfolg durch Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Budgets und Terminen
• Teamführung: Motivation und Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams, intern wie extern
• Stakeholdermanagement: Transparente Kommunikation und regelmäßiges Reporting an alle Projektbeteiligten
• Hands-on-Mentalität: Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung von Lösungen in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Integration von Anwendungssystemen, Schnittstellen und Geschäftsprozessen
• Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (Scrum, Kanban)
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und gutes Verständnis komplexer IT-Systemlandschaften
• Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen, von Entwicklerteams bis C-Level
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
