IT Project Officer

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Project Officer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Planning and managing the project from the IT, communication and business perspective, including contributing to the refining of the platform’s architecture, structure, and user experience, and providing support to users;
• Monitoring content completeness and coordinating updates with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely content availability;
• Communication with stakeholders, drafting notes and ensuring the follow-up;
• Organising and delivering meetings, webinars and trainings for internal and external users, including drafting documentation, preparing coaching materials, and presenting projects and tools on online communication platform to ensure effective use;
• Creation and management of the online collaborative sites;
• Communication with stakeholders, drafting notes and ensuring the follow-up.

Requirements:
• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years;
• Basic understanding about the Erasmus+ Programme;
• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence and MS Teams;
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis;
• Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes;
• Ability to give business and technical presentations;
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences;
• Excellent command of the English language.
