IT Project Manager

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members and to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to IT management and project stakeholders.

• Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and sign off/transition documents from Project to Business As Usual.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Monitors Project Cost and spend based on Project Overall Budget.

• Use and continually develop leadership skills.
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience handling IT Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in a computer-related field is a significant advantage.
• Organized, collaborative, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work ONSITE (Global City/ Quezon City).
• Standard working hours (8:00AM-5:00PM) apply, but amenable to a flexible schedule and overtime as dictated by business requirements.
