IT Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initial planning through to successful delivery. You’ll manage stakeholders, coordinate internal resources, control budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with outstanding client satisfaction.

You’ll balance strong client engagement with operational excellence — ensuring projects are commercially sound, efficiently executed, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Project Management

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and milestones
• Establish and maintain strong communication rhythms with clients and stakeholders
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings
• Monitor project progress, risks, and variations, proactively managing scope changes
• Oversee milestone billing and reporting

Client Relationship Management

• Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Manage expectations through transparent, proactive communication
• Address concerns promptly and confidently
• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and feedback

Operational Project Management

• Plan and forecast internal resources to support multiple active projects
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and ensure commercial viability
• Monitor workflow to avoid bottlenecks and delays
• Oversee project status reporting and escalation where required
• Drive efficiency through the use of systems, automation, and AI tools

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Support and contribute to technical and project-related training initiatives
• Encourage capability building and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in a client-facing environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and sound financial judgement
• The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
• A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems
• Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve efficiency (highly regarded)
• A collaborative approach with a focus on accountability and results
