IT Project Manager (Mid-Level)

We are seeking to hire a IT Project Manager (Mid-Level) to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story. The ideal candidates have prior software developer experience, are at the early stage of delivery-project management practice and want to elevate the career path through a business orientation aspect.

What you'll do:

On Delivery – Project Management:

• Defines, documents and executes small projects or sub-projects.
• Works independently or with a small team, actively participating in all project phases.
• Coordinates team planning processes based on the established priorities of work items. Tracks and reports on delivery progress, risks and issues.
• Supports a collaborative and productive working environment, demonstrating appropriate behaviours.

On Demand Management:

• Collaborates with the business to prioritize demand and improve business value.
• Performs scenario planning to develop insights and proposals to improve business value.
• Proposes responses to meet short-term demand and facilitates decision-making and planning.

On Stakeholder Management:

• Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
• Helps develop and enhance stakeholder relationships, implements stakeholder engagement and communications plans.

On Business Situations:

• Investigates straightforward business situations to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.
• Contributes to the recommendation of improvements.
• Engages with stakeholders under direction.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile practitioner or IT project manager.

The following will be considered as a plus:

• PMP or Prince2 or Prince2Agile certifications or
• PSM (L1 or L2) or PMI-ACP certifications
• Professional experience in a large-scale organization
