We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a university’s IT organization based in Lisbon. This professional will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology and business areas (Sales, Finance, Academics).
Main responsibilities:
• Act as a business process analyst, translating business needs into IT requirements
• Manage IT projects across different domains: infrastructure, communications, and applications
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical feasibility and business objectives
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field
• Solid technical background with understanding of IT infrastructure, communications, and applications
• Proven experience in business process analysis and project management
• General business knowledge in sales, finance, and academic processes
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Ability to work autonomously, with a positive and proactive mindset
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
