Joining us as an IT Project Manager, you will take an active role in planning, coordinating, and delivering enterprise IT initiatives - working closely with experienced colleagues, technical experts, and clients to turn strategy into results. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of delivery, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence.

As an IT Project Manager you will:

• Drive the delivery of IT projects for enterprise clients, managing day-to-day execution to ensure scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely resolution of risks and issues.
• Lead resource planning and allocation in collaboration with senior delivery managers and technical leads.
• Track project progress and performance, monitor delivery metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and high client satisfaction.
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture by sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and guiding junior team members through complex challenges.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of professional experience in IT project management, project coordination, or delivery roles - ideally within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• A solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and/or enterprise architecture concepts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to identify risks, make decisions, and escalate issues when needed.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Experience working directly with enterprise clients in sectors such as finance, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps practices, or digital transformation initiatives.
• A recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
