Job Description

• Work with development and production support managers to endure timely resolution of production issues.
• Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance.
• Develop deep understanding of project/program objectives by engaging with relevant project participants and meetings.
• Perform status reporting of initiatives and releases.
• Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program.
• Presents high level project readouts for senior management.
• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members.

Requirements:
• Candidates must have sufficient technical background and preferably someone coming / have experience from financial industry domain.
