IT Project Manager (CPQ tools)

Responsibilities

• Project Governance & Execution• Drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms.
• Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.
• Report progress, risks, and decisions to the program manager.

• Stakeholder & Business Alignment• Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the project team.
• Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with BRMs and business stakeholders to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals

• Testing & Cutover Support• Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence.
• Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines.
• Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.

• Change Management & Adoption• Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts.
• Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.

• Monitoring & Continuous Improvement• Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.
• Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions.

• 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects/programs.
• Experience with managing global stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of pricing systems & digital tools.
• Experience with projects where Oracle CPQ module was implemented.
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

We are looking for candidates based in Barcelona or nearby as the role requires a hybrid working model with 2 days/week at the client's office.
