Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects that bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective IT deliverables, and fostering collaboration between stakeholders from both domains. This is a full-time, hybrid position out of our Sandy Springs office with a move to Alpharetta in 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects aligned with business strategies and goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes in scope, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed for resolution.
• Facilitate requirements of gathering, business analysis, and documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably managing IT projects with business impact.
• Strong understanding of both technology and business processes.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a plus.
