This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cultivating client relationships, and takes pride in elevating the end-user experience from kickoff through post-launch support.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused IT Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of technology initiatives. This role is more than administrative coordination. It is a key delivery support position within our project management function, helping ensure projects stay organized, on track, and aligned across clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with project leadership while taking ownership of core coordination responsibilities across multiple projects. To succeed in this role, you will bring a solid foundation in project delivery, be comfortable working in Agile or hybrid environments, and be ready to grow into a broader project management career path. A background in technology, software delivery, or development environments will be valuable.
What You Will Be Doing
Partner with the project teams to maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
Facilitate day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through on next steps
Act as a central point of coordination between clients, internal stakeholders, technical teams, and customer-facing teams to keep communication clear and aligned
Translate client and business requirements into organized tasks, timelines, and follow-up activities for the delivery team
Monitor project progress and help identify schedule impacts, delivery risks, bottlenecks, or issues early, escalating where needed
Prepare project status updates, reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal and client-facing stakeholders
Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation
Support Agile delivery practices such as backlog tracking, sprint coordination, standups, retrospectives, and cross-functional follow-up as needed
Help improve internal project delivery processes, documentation standards, team coordination practices, and project reporting consistency
Contribute to a positive client experience by ensuring responsiveness, follow-through, and strong organizational support throughout the project lifecycle
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project support, delivery coordination, Scrum support, or a similar role in an IT, software, or technology-driven environment
Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid, with the ability to adapt based on project needs
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Suite; familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools is an asset
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients
A high level of attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation, follow-up, and task ownership
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities may shift and where structure, judgment, and initiative are highly valued
A background in software development, technical support, business systems, or delivery environments is considered an asset
Interest in process improvement, delivery optimization, automation, customer success, or operational efficiency is also an asset
