IT Project / Application Manager – Supply Chain Operations

Due to rapid and sustained growth, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Project/Application Manager specializing in Supply Chain Operations to join and enhance our Business Application Team.

As an IT Project / Application Manager, you can expect an exciting job with many facets. In this position, you will manage and be responsible for international IT projects in the area of Supply Chain, continuously analyse and optimise our business processes in close collaboration with the specialist departments, and coordinate external partners.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In your role as an IT Project Manager, you take on the leadership and responsibility for international ERP projects in the SAP logistics modules (for example SD, MM and PP). You manage the project end-to-end, from requirements gathering to implementation.

APPLICATION MANAGEMENT

In the area of Application Management, you take responsibility for dedicated SAP applications in the field of SAP logistics modules. You ensure the technical development and the whole lifecycle management of the application. This happens in close collaboration with various departments and external partners. Additionally, you support the strategic alignment and optimization of the IT system landscape.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT 

You coordinate with the specialized departments to clarify the exact requirements, develop new integrated solutions and processes in ERP system landscape.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

You are responsible for the careful planning and monitoring of your project and application budget to ensure efficient use of financial resources and compliance with the given framework.

PARTNER MANAGEMENT 

You plan the need and use of external resources according to the implementation effort. You ensure a smooth execution and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

Sound knowledge of business processes in the field of supply chain

Relevant professional experience in project management and SAP logistics modules (like SD, MM, PP)

At least 2 years of experience in the SAP environment (for example ERP Sales & Distribution)

Business fluent in written and spoken English

Open, communicative and solution-oriented personality who feels comfortable in a multicultural environment

Ability to work independently and autonomously in a team-oriented environment

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
