**This position is contingent upon contract award**

SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of a DHS enterprise cybersecurity program providing 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services. This role owns program governance, cost/schedule/performance, stakeholder engagement, and transition/continuous improvement across cyber defense, IR, CTI, engineering, and modernization functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall program execution, staffing, performance management, and risk/issue escalation.
• Serve as the primary interface with CBP/DHS stakeholders, lead governance reviews and briefings.
• Ensure SLA compliance, reporting accuracy, and on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee transition-in/out, continuity of operations, and change management.
• Maintain compliance with DHS/CBP security, privacy, and policy requirements, coordinate audits and corrective actions.
• Drive modernization initiatives (automation, Zero Trust visibility, cloud integrations) in partnership with engineering leads.

• Experience: 10+ years managing enterprise IT/cyber programs, including SOC operations; DHS or law-enforcement experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications (Required): PMP and CISSP.
• Clearance/Suitability: Must be able to obtain/maintain a Tier 5 (T5) investigation; CBP CSD may require TS or TS/SCI on a case-by-case basis.

Work Environment

• Work hybrid/on-site as required. 
• Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in CONUS locations.
• Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
• May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
