Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

We are looking for a motivated and organized intern to assist our IT Procurement team with administrative tasks. This role is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment while learning about finance and contract management.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Invoice Handling: Help process and track invoices while learning to distinguish between operational (Opex) and capital expenses (Capex).

Timesheet Management: Support in tracking and managing working hours for external employees.

Contract Review Assistance: Help review contracts to ensure compliance with DORA regulations. Handle multiple requests and decisions, providing support to the assigned Project Manager (PM) and contract owner.

General Administrative Tasks: Contribute to various daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Prepare purchase orders, provide cost justifications, follow-up with suppliers and monitor renewals.

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our IT Procurement Intern?

On-going Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or any other relevant field.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Team player, self-organized, open-minded and comfortable in an intercultural environment, proactive and eager to take initiative.

Ability to work independently while following instructions.

Basic knowledge of Excel.

Fluent in English, other European language is an asset.
