For our customer based in Warsaw, Poland - an European Institution, we are looking for an IT Process Designer/Workflow Designer based in Poland to join a long-term mission in the area of cybersecurity, public sector and law enforcement. You will play a key role in managing business architecture, guiding solution designs, and fostering collaboration among business architects and project teams to ensure coherence with the customer’s long-term vision.
Please note that the role requires 80-100% hybrid presence at the client’s headquarters in Warsaw, meaning that being based 2-3 hours by ground transportation from Warsaw will be required.
More specifically, you will be responsible for…
• Designing, validating, and testing IT business processes for achieving business process excellence
• Taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a continuous improvements of business processes
• Generating and maintaining process documentation
• Coaching users on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changes Collaborating with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvements
• Implementing performance monitoring for IT business processes
• Other specific duties as assigned by the client’s ICT SCSMT team leader.
