Il tuo ruolo

Entrerai nel team Platform e ti occuperai di:

• Gestione e ottimizzazione della piattaforma: Progettazione e gestione di cluster Kubernetes on-prem e cloud
• Automazione: Sviluppo e gestione di Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Monitoraggio e Observability: Implementazione di strumenti di monitoring, logging e tracing garantendone stabilità e performance
• Sicurezza e compliance: Applicazione delle best practice di sicurezza per garantire conformità con policy aziendali
• Scalabilità e performance: Ottimizzazione delle risorse per migliorare efficienza e affidabilità
• Collaborazione cross-team: Supporto ai team di sviluppo per migliorare la delivery delle applicazioni

Chi stiamo cercando

• Esperienza con Kubernetes e strumenti associati (serviceMash/discovery, Ap Gateway, Conatiner security.....)
• Conoscenza di Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible..)
• Esperienza con GitOps e policy-as-code
• Esperienza con strumenti di CI/CD
• Conoscenza di strumenti di monitoring e observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry)
• Esperienza con containerizzazione (Docker) e networking avanzato in Kubernetes.
• Conoscenza di Linux e scripting (Bash, Python, Go)
• Esperienza con sistemi di log management (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Appdynamics, Dynatrace)
• Problem-solving e capacità di troubleshooting su infrastrutture complesse
• Approccio proattivo e orientamento all'automazione
• Capacità di lavorare in team e interfacciarsi con sviluppatori e DevOps
• Mentalità orientata alla sicurezza e alla resilienza dei sistemi
• Conoscenza di cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) e hybrid cloud
• Certificazioni Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
