Your mission:
• Contact person (f/m/d) for IT support
• Installation and setup of workstations
• Support of the infrastructure
• Technical support for user problems
• Close cooperation with the Campus Management Team in Düsseldorf and the IT Team in Vallendar
• A cross-site assignment is possible

Your profile:
• Completed technical vocational training with a good degree or extensive professional experience in line with the job profile
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
• Basic knowledge of macOS, iOS, Android
• Willingness to learn new topics
• Very good communication skills in German and English language
• Independent, structured and autonomous way of working with a high degree of reliability, service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours
