About the Job
You will lead the day-to-day delivery of IT services across the organization, ensuring requests are properly prioritized, managed through defined processes, and delivered efficiently. In this role, you will oversee IT operations including helpdesk services, endpoint support, and operational processes that keep the business running. Working closely with the Sr. IT Manager, you will help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to IT service delivery while improving the overall employee support experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead day-to-day IT operations including helpdesk services, endpoint support, and user service delivery.
Manage and enforce centralized intake and prioritization for IT requests.
Lead and develop IT support staff while improving response times and service quality.
Serve as the operational escalation point for IT issues.
Improve operational processes, documentation, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
IT service management or operations certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
What You’ll Need for Success
Experience leading IT support or IT operations teams.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and endpoint management platforms such as Intune.
Experience with IT service management tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in environments with competing demands.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
