We’re looking for a motivated Security & IT Operations Intern to join our team in Panama, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year student in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field who is interested in identity management, process automation, and building structured IT operations in a fast-paced technology environment.
What You’ll Do
As part of our Security & IT Operations team, you will support initiatives that improve access governance, onboarding automation, and security awareness across the company.
Support identity governance initiatives by analysing and classifying Azure user accounts to improve lifecycle control, reduce access risk, and increase transparency
Contribute to the design of scalable role-based access models that enable structured and automated onboarding and offboarding
Evaluate and map existing onboarding and access workflows to identify inefficiencies, ownership gaps, and opportunities for standardization
Assist in building and structuring a vendor inventory and risk classification framework to improve third-party security visibility
Help design and operationalize a company-wide security awareness program aligned with real operational and data protection risks
Contribute to building clear, structured documentation frameworks for IT operations and employee-facing processes
Assist in reviewing and categorizing identity- and configuration-related security findings to support prioritization and remediation planning
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduate or final-year student in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Basic understanding of access control, operating systems, and security fundamentals
Interest in identity management, automation, and IT governance
Comfortable working with structured data (Excel, reports, documentation tools)
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
English is a must
