What is this role?

The IT Ops Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT processes and infrastructure serving our Customer Service, Fulfillment and Shipping operations, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong technical background in IT and Operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments. The IT Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing and providing technical support for customer service and shipping operations.

What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results:

• Provide technical support to users on customer service and shipping systems, troubleshoot user issues, and resolve technical problems.

• Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as monitoring system performance and ensuring data integrity.

• Taking Ownership:

• Manage and maintain customer service systems including but not limited to CRM, custom developed systems, and other integrated platforms.

• Document system changes and provide auditability for our systems.

• Making Decisions:

• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective system utilization across the organization.

• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through system optimization and automation.

• Cultivating Relationships:

• Build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, including office and production personnel.

• Instilling Trust:

• Work effectively and comfortably with the manufacturing and fulfillment group and other users of the customer service and shipping systems.

• Customer Focus:

• Ensure processes that are strong and represent industry best practice.

What background should you have?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Operations, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and fulfillment processes.

• Experience with ShipStation preferred.

• Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.

• Proficient with data analysis tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong Excel required.

• Highly independent.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
