In Monks we are looking for an Office Support to join our team for the São Carlos Office. This team is responsible for guaranteeing the proper functioning of workspaces and providing comfort to our BR.Monks.

In this role as Office support, you will have some mayor responsibilities:

• As an IT Monk, you’re responsible for installing all computer hardware and printers in our office, also you will be responsible for providing and replacing equipment as necessary.

• Handling incoming issues and requests from our Monks, you’ll provide first-line support for troubleshooting, and set up new colleagues in a flash.

• Taking care of the office from an IT perspective. This includes keeping our meeting rooms operational, supporting presentations/events, and general tidiness of the office (we don’t want old hardware and cables laying around).

• Doing regular checks to keep the workstations complete and functional as well as assisting with moves around the office where needed.

• You will be in charge of all IT equipment, keep organized the storage, and keep track of the stock. Also you will be in charge of notifying when we are low on stock, so we can order more.

• You will be responsible for OnBoardings and OffBoarding (This means that you will have to arrange pick ups)

• Last but not least, you will have to build a strong relationship with all our Monks and also with the teammates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• You’re fluent in English and IT lingo.

• As an all-round troubleshooter, you can support both Windows and Mac.

• A considerable level of independence is required for this job as you’ll mostly be working on your own while representing our global IT team.
