Einleitung:
Unser Kunde ist ein international agierendes Unternehmen mit Sitz in Hamburg, das sich auf Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung spezialisiert hat. Das Inhouse-IT-Team sorgt für die Betreuung von rund 1.800 Mitarbeitenden und über 4.500 Devices an mehr als 30 Standorten weltweit. Dabei stehen innovative Technologien, Automatisierung und die Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse im Fokus – in einem offenen, kollegialen Umfeld mit flachen Hierarchien.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Planung, Implementierung und Betreuung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN, WAN, WLAN)

• Administration und Überwachung von Cisco-Netzwerkkomponenten

• Konfiguration, Optimierung und Monitoring von Firewall-Systemen

• Umsetzung und Pflege von IT-Security- und Compliance-Richtlinien

• Administration der Windows-Server-Umgebung (Basisverwaltung)

• Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur

• Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung ihrer Prozesse

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau)

• Erfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerken, vorzugsweise Cisco-Umgebungen

• Grundkenntnisse in Windows-Server-Administration

• Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft

• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
