PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job profile summary:
The IT Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the organization’s IT strategy and implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our IT infrastructure aligns with the business objectives while facilitating innovation and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This position involves coordinating IT projects, maintaining security standards, and optimizing system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the IT department
• Oversee IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring progress, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT infrastructure, protecting against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve IT services and operations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, overseeing contracts, service agreements, and compliance.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Ensure successful communication and collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and network security.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
