Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the data analytics/dashboard and web/app development service lines.
• Manage P&L for both functions.
• Oversee client delivery for dashboarding, reporting, and website builds.
• Manage team development across both technical skill sets.

Requirements:
• Experience with project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Management of at least 10 people across multiple technical disciplines.

• Background in either data analytics or web development (with experience managing the other).
• Experience in an agency or professional services environment.
• Direct P&L ownership
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with web development (WordPress, React, etc.).
• Strong client-facing experience.
