IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager to manage our IT operations within our Workplace department. In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and support operations, while developing and implementing strategies to ensure an efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:
• Leading IT teams and ensuring operational excellence

• Managing end-to-end IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and systems

• Ensuring reliable hardware, software, and end-user support across the organization

• Controlling IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal

• Following new technologies and integrating them into our company

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, and VPNs

• Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems

• Strong leadership and crisis management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Passion and interest in games

• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
