This position plays an important role in maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable IT services across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technology performance, supporting users, improving systems, and helping the business adapt to changing operational needs. We are seeking someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-driven approach and an understanding of how IT supports a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and communication systems.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all business systems across office and production environments.
• Support and optimize ERP, inventory, and production-related systems.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and software partners.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements to support business growth.
• Lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and relevant data protection regulations.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and user guidelines.
• Support cross-functional teams by identifying technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the IT budget and control technology-related costs


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an IT management or senior IT support role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ERP systems and business applications used in manufacturing operations.
• Good understanding of data protection, system security, and backup/recovery processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing IT service delivery.
• Fluency in Spanish and good English skills preferred.
